Foo Fighters, Flaming Lips to honour The Who




Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam and The Flame Lips will give protection to The World Health Organization at a Los Angeles benefit this summer.

The bands are set to perform at the VHI Rock-and-roll Honors greek valerian event, which will take place at UCLA's Pauley Pavilion on July 12. The event is scheduled to air on the cable telecasting network July 17.

The evening volition besides include a performance by The Who's remaining members, Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey.

Issue from the event will welfare several charities including The Teenage Malignant neoplastic disease Faith and The Who's Replicate O Charity.

Tickets for the show go on sale June 8 via Ticketmaster.
